The detected competitive growth in the Canary Islands has lead to the demand of goods and services of the highest quality, this impulses the management of  MMI to modify and perfect their quality processes, including developing, implanting and maintaining their management and quality systems.


The aim of the management is to continue the consolidation and rational growth in the sector, by the continued improvement of our processes, which offer increased satisfaction to our customers. Our following quality assurance steps back this up:

■ To fulfil all and each one of the legal requirements applicable to our activity.

■  To assure the continuous satisfaction our clients, solving with effectiveness the possible complaints that may arise from our service.

■  To maintain and continuously to improve the Quality Management System, like guaranteeing the confidence of our present clients and obtaining the confidence of potential clients.

■  To maximise the capabilities of our personnel, adapting to the needs of each individual situation and deploying the correct amount of personnel for each task.

■  To analyse the needs of our clients through an effective internal communication which allows us the development of our working methods.

The MMI management considers the continuing improvement of the methods of work its highest priority. With this motive in mind, MMI has managed to gain recognised certification in Management Control Systems that comply with the UNE EN ISO 9001:9002 regulations, assuring that the work by the company is continually of the highest quality.

This quality policy is practised throughout the organisation, they are regularly revised by the management, as underlined in the procedure PQ02.01 of the Quality Management System of MMI.
